1. India is a huge market and you will have to concentrate on one field now to make a difference. Diversifying into other areas in HR also can help since there are few competitors in Consultancy side. data bases are easy to make, place a magnet in some leading newspapers and you make a pretty good database, or use existing web giants like naukri,monsterindia etc.
