Are there any good online card databases for Yu-Gi-Oh that has good filters and sorting capabilities?
I'm looking for a good tool that can help me build a deck. Something that will allow me to find the highest attacking normal monster at level 4 or under, for example.

- Take a look at the Advanced Search section of PlanetYuGiOh ( http://www.planetyugioh.com/SearchAdvanced.aspx ). It has a lengthy set of criteria you can use for a very granular search. I've also found the site to be pretty fast if you're trying to build a deck and are doing allot of searches...a very good deck-building resource!
- Try NetRep: http://www.netrep.net It has some really helpful filters that cut down search time considerably.
