What databases/archives exist for checking ocean conditions (particularly swell) in the past?
I require information as to the swell heights and other surf conditions during several nights of experimentation in the intertidal. I find it very easy to find web sites which give full surf reports for that given day's conditions, but I am unable to find a comprehensive database/archive for looking up surf conditions from the past. Any assistance in this matter would be much appreciated.
