How many people use what operating systems in the UK?
I need to find out how many users in the UK are currently using each version of widely used operating systems, e.g. Windows XP, Windows ME, Linux etc.

- You need to talk to Microsoft and so on. No-one outside the company has that kind of info. They will probably not give you an accurate number but might be able to talk sales. Like how many have been sold.
- I would say 90% use XP, the rest use others.... People use linux, tend to have more than one machine, the other having XP on it..
- XP is the most common altho the free OS's are gaining in popularity as more and more becomes available
