I want to know how to erase one faulty version of two identical operating systems installed?
My computer crashed after I erased a faulty friendfinder messenger. So I re-installed two copies of my operating system WIN XP pro SP2 but the first install failed to activate so I want to erase it and I cant locate in C or Windowsbut I still can access it on startup but it fails to recognize my password?

- you can go into control panel ...and erase the partition that is taking up space. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/313348 follow the instructions UP TO the point where you have to erase the partition (obviously) meaning no further
