where to get free operating systems for my computer without internet downloading?
i cant access the internet using my computer and i need to upgrade my operating system. i only have windows 95 right now and it sucks. i cant use verizon there is no screen savers and it take forever.

- There are often versions of linux (pretty much the only OS that is free) on the cover of linux magazines on cd/dvd roms. Linux works quite different from windows though. Your programs will not work at all but you can run windows on linux using an emulator.
