fantasy football databases....?
I'm asking a question that is similar to one that someone else has asked, but which still hasn't been answered. I'm learning a couple of server-scripting languages, and getting familiar with SQL and databases in general. I'm currently working on a small fantasy football league application. I want to know: is there a database on the web which I can access from my scripts to get real-time or "live" NFL player stats? Oh, by the way... I HAVE GOOGLED IT, YOU IDIOT! Jeez, real helpful...

- Good question, but have you thought about using the same site that yahoo uses? I have not done all the research in this myself as I too am learning SQL and trying to do the exact same thing you are doing. But I have been told to try these few sites out, http://www.pa-sportsticker.com/en/index.html & http://www.stats.com/ Now if you can figure out how to become a member and how much they charge you I would love to know that answer myself?
