Program for Large Databases?

I am currently using Microsoft Access to manipulate large databases. The file is larger than 2 gigs and Access does not support this database anymore. I need a software system capable of handling a LARGE amount of information. Any suggestions for an adaquate program?

  4. For ease of conversion your choice is MSSQL. (MICROSOFTSQL) there are conversion utilities available. If you want a free alternative (MYSQL) plan on doing some work to convert.
