Why would an LTL freight company hire a management trainee based on a DAC report?
I don't understand what a driving history has to do with operations management. The application requires a 10 year driving history. I don't have access to my own 10 year history.

- Unfortunately, some managers believe that a driving report or a credit report is an easy way to screen an applicant - if someone has lots of tickets or more than 1 DUI, they think the person has issues and won't hire them. Same if they have a low credit score. Personally I think that's a bunch of bull, but some companies and managers believe it and really do hire based off it. You might be able to get your 10 year history if you call the DMV of the last states you've been a licensed driver in. It'll cost ya, but you'll have it.
