Which would be the killing features for a home/enterprise application for digital photo/image management ?

1. Killing features? What are those? Features that end life? Why would you want them in an application?
2. Everything you need is contained in Picasa2 already. To check out these "killing features" download your free copy of Picasa2. Its a freeware. Great stuff. Beats plenty of paid software out there. http://www.geocities.com/lcming/Digitalphotography
