What is the best password reset management application?

Windows 2003 server, over 50 users. Using Active Directory.

Active Directory would be the best reset application (as AD is the best to use for all of your administration needs). Are you the administrator of this Windows Domain in question? You can manage every computer, user, server, etc attached to your domain (granted you have a domain setup, but if you didn't then Active Directory wouldn't really be available to you). There is a program called something along the lines of: Users and Computer management. You can set group policies or domain policies (to reset passwords every so often) or you can reset an individual user's password. You can lock accounts, set home directories, login scripts, etc.
