I have a great homepage and mission statement. The problem is I have been burned with credit card theft and other programs who were going to improve my standings in search engines. Over one month and not even one purchase of the website. The website is http://www.rdpharmacysuperstore.com. I need help. If anyone has been thru this learning curve let me know. If anyone truly knows how I can start getting revenue from this site they can have a portion of the business.

Can anyone help me find a decent bloging method? I'm looking for a blog site like livejournal, myspace, etc... with the following features: 1. Simple. I don't need a billion links, or tons of options. Some basic customization would be nice, but that's it. 2. The ability to link to specific entries in a sort of "best of" list of my own chosing. A list of entries I happen to like basically, that I can direct people to for specific issues. 3. Free. This could mean you suggest software that I can host on one of my webservers, or a website that offers blogging as a service like livejournal (though I don't like LJ). If I don't find one, I may design one. I'd rather find out of something like this exists first though.

Fraudulent Elections: Sometimes elections in fascist nations are a complete sham. Proxy Portal Anonymizeing Scripts; who can help me find or point to it? I am in need of decent Proxy Portal Anonymizing scripts (that have proven their efficiency) to run on shared webserver. Carbon offsetting my website? How can I calculate the amount of CO2 generated to view / serve my website? Given the number of page views on my site, how can I work out how much energy is used by the webserver, the telcoms infrastructure and the viewer's PCs to view my website a day? Knowing that, how can I calculate how much CO2 is being released into the atmosphere, so I can purchase the appropriate number of carbon offset credits? I'm looking for some kind of scientific formulae - especially when some of my websites are really high traffic. I suspect that the energy used it isn't so insignificant if I'm running 5 webservers to support my traffic, and millions of people are using their PCs to view my sites. Can anyone help me with a formulae? Thanks!
Instant Rails setup problems? I'd like to try out Rails and have opted to install it via Instant Rails. I'm running IIS on my computer and a local dev copy of a PHP site running MySQL. (don't let that confuse you - i'm a beginner, especially when it comes to setting up webservers and databases). My problem isn't with Apache, which is surprising since I'm already running IIS. My problem is with MySql - I get the following error message: MySql: MySQL port (3306) is used by "" (mysqld-nt.exe)! Any help is greatly appreciated.
Creating a second internet? Hello. I was just wondering... What would happen if i created a whole new web language like HTML except just changed a few things. Then create something like a DNS Server to host my new language's Ip addresses and started that. Then started a few webservers with my new language on it and created a browser to interpret it. Could I run it through todays average ISP? As in would a user in Japan be able to download my browser and be able to browser my new language on my webserver? Or is this impossible? - Cheers, Daniel

securing the website? we have a load balancer in place which redirects the requests to the webservers farm and the webservers inturn redirect to the cluster app servers using plugins. Now the problem we are facing is when we encrypt the data on LB ie, securing the requests between LB and webservers and still the requests from webserver to appserverare normal http. the error page comes up which is part of the application. any help will be highly appreciated. The website is accessible from https:// , as we encrypted data on LB but when we access any page other than home page the request is going to http instead of https. do we need to do any modifications on the appserver or just introducing https on LB - web server requests is enough .?
